01 / Position
Coal does not become revenue at the working face. It becomes revenue when it is sized, hauled, stockpiled and loaded onto the water, and every one of those steps is a place where a project loses time.
PT Ombilin Fusi Nusantara was established in 2018, as Indonesia's coal industry recovered from the long downturn of 2015–2017 and national infrastructure spending opened new ground for construction support. We build and operate the equipment that sits between the seam and the barge, and we run it as one system rather than separate contracts.
02 / The chain
Each service below is a stage in the same journey. Read them in order and you have followed a tonne of coal from the bench to the barge deck.
ST / 01
Run-of-mine coal arrives oversized and inconsistent. Our crushing plants reduce it to a specified, uniform product size and deliver it to stockpile ready for haulage. OFN crews operate and maintain the plant on site, so sizing, throughput and availability sit with one accountable party.
ST / 02
Haulage is where a project's cost is won or lost. We run the fleet as a managed system rather than a queue of trucks: dispatch, cycle time, haul road condition and unit availability are tracked together, and daily pre-operation checks (P2H) gate every unit before it turns a wheel.
ST / 03
At the port the material has to be received and stockpiled before it can go anywhere. OFN operates that ground: yard and stockpile management, and the coordination that keeps arriving trucks and waiting barges from blocking one another.
ST / 04
The last link. Coal is drawn from the port stockpile onto the conveyor and placed into the barge at a controlled rate, trimmed across the hold. It is the point where every upstream decision (sizing, haul scheduling, stockpile discipline) either pays off in a clean loading window or does not.
04 / People and safety
Safety is not a policy page here. It is a monthly programme, a daily check and a standing condition of employment.

The routine underneath it matters more than the ceremony: pre-operation checks on every unit before every shift, and a work environment our mission commits to keeping safe, healthy, comfortable and professional.
