Operations
The field
record.
Photographs from our own sites, in the order the coal travels. No renders, no stock, no borrowed equipment.

01 / The bench
Where the
day starts.
Overburden comes off first. Excavators break and load it, rigid trucks carry it clear, and the seam underneath is opened for the coal to be taken.
02 / The plant
Green steel
on black
ground.
The crushing plant is the one fixed structure in an otherwise moving operation. Everything upstream feeds it; everything downstream depends on what it puts out.
03 / The road
Laterite,
cut through
forest.
A haul road is infrastructure, not scenery. Its camber, its surface and its width set the cycle time for every unit that uses it, every hour of every shift.
04 / The water
Where the
chain ends.
The port receives and stockpiles. The conveyor loads and trims. When the barge leaves on its window, the whole chain worked.
05 / The people
None of it
runs itself.
Operators, drivers, mechanics, storemen, supervisors and engineers, on site and in Jakarta. Several hundred of them.

If your project needs any part of this chain run properly, we would rather talk about the specifics than send a brochure.
